How long can a promotional video be?
Our packages cover videos up to 15 seconds (from ₹999), up to 30 seconds (from ₹1,999) and up to 60 seconds (from ₹2,999). For anything longer, tell us what you need and we will quote.
Can you use my own photos and videos?
Yes. Send your product photos, shop photos or phone clips on WhatsApp and we build the reel around them.
What if I do not have any footage?
We can create product scenes and video clips with AI tools and combine them with motion text, your logo and your offer. Every shot is chosen and refined by hand before it reaches you.
Which sizes do you make?
Vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp status is the usual choice. Square and wide versions are available on request.
Can you add a voice-over or music?
Every reel includes music. A voice-over or custom music can be added on request and is quoted with the video.
How long does it take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours from when we confirm the order and receive your details. Longer videos, large sets or detailed artwork can take more time, and we tell you the date before starting.
